Gareth Johnston 

Gareth launched his career in the data centre sector back in 2009. Renowned for his expertise, he's become a top recruiter, successfully connecting candidates with opportunities across 15 countries, initially spanning Europe and the Middle East and later expanding to the APAC region. Some of the world's most prominent data centre companies rely on Gareth's services.

Gareth began his recruitment journey in 2007. His initiation into the data centre realm was in 2009, while he was still based in the UK. Following a relocation to Australia in 2011, he continued his notable career in data centre recruitment and in 2018 founded Mission Critical Recruitment, a venture aimed at adding genuine value to the data centre industry.

When not immersed in work, Gareth is a devoted family man with three lovely kids. He's a sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about rugby – a true Welsh trait.
