Originally from the UK, Ruth embarked on a successful career as a business branch manager with a prominent global recruitment company. Her journey led her to Australia 14 years ago, where she seamlessly transitioned into sales roles within not-for-profit organisations. In early 2020, Ruth rekindled her connection with the recruitment industry, joining MCR. Her passion for the data centre field has been ignited, making her a valued specialist in the industry.

Ruth's specialisation within data centre recruitment, coupled with her unwavering commitment to honesty and transparency, makes her a standout choice to collaborate with. On a lighter note, she's an accomplished runner with marathons, ultra marathons, and park runs under her belt. She finds solace in running and ocean swimming, notably conquering the bold and beautiful swim from Manly to Shelly Beach. Time spent with friends and family, coupled with her love for travel, enrich her life.
