BIM Lead (MEP)
Location: Sydney
Salary: $160k - $180k + Super
Overview:
This is a newly created role where you will be the first person in country to hold this position, you will play a hands-on part in leading 2D and 3D modeling projects for large data centre designs, utilising the internal design team.
Project sizes vary and include greenfield construction projects worth hundreds of millions of $.
This role is ideal for someone innovative who can research and introduce new ideas/technologies/plug-ins.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in construction or engineering
- 5 years+ Revit project experience
- Data centre experience preferred otherwise large critical projects encompassing complex MEPF components and ability to co-ordinate MEPF services within 3D modelling or 2D layout environment
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks Manage and Revit MEP
- Hold appropriate qualifications/certifications around Autodesk/AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Excellent communicator with ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience
