Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a customer focussed indicent and problem management lead to managed site related incidents from review to analysis and solution development. This role will manage both the administration and Root Cause Analysis of any indicents that occur with site infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Be main point of contact for all site related incidents
- Manage the documentation relating to post incident review and reporting
- Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to identify opportunity to prevent re-occurence of site incidents
- Work with the broader operations team and customers to implement measures to mitigate risk of future incidents
- Knowlege of MEP infrastructure in highly technical, critical operations
- High level of verbal and written communication skill
- Understanding of Facilities Management contracts and SLAs.
- High level reporting skills
