As a Senior Project Manager, supported by the Project Director, you will manage a billion dollar + technical construction project from pre-construction to delivery, overseeing the project scope, project quality, timeframes and budgets.

As a Senior Project Manager, supported by the Project Director, you will manage a billion dollar + technical construction project from pre-construction to delivery, overseeing the project scope, project quality, timeframes and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Managing, and working closely with, external project management consultants
- Project control, cost and contract management.
- Day to day project reporting
- Interface and manage communications with internal and external teams
- Develop and execute project management plans
- Concurrently manage multiple projects
- Project reviews and audits, construct-ability reviews, commissioning and project close out
- 8 years' plus experience in project/construction management experience in highly technical, construction projects - experienced in controlling major scale projects of 200m upwards value
- Strong experience in project control, governance and delivery frameworks
- Project management qualification highly desirable
- Mission critical or data centre construction exposure
- High level communication skill with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at all levels
