MCR are seeking a highly skilled Services Manager with a strong background in the delivery of data centre MEP construction projects.
Services Manager - Data Centre delivery projects
Location - Truganina, Victoria
Salary range $250k - $300k package
Role Overview
Working on a sizeable data centre project in Truganina you will be the on-site coordinator for all services activities (Mechanical, Electrical, BMS, fire, hydraulics, security).
Working closely with the client and contractors your role will incorporate the delivery of the commissioning program, design variations, MEP subcontractor management, scheduling of works, contract negotiations, compliance, health and safety.
This role demands a proactive approach, making sure that the technical construction not only meets the desired quality standards but is completed efficiently and in line with both time and cost constraints.
Key Requirements
- Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background ( Electrical or Mechanical) with a preference for Mechanical and Controls.
- Required experience: Sound understanding of Electrical, Mechanical and Controls Systems alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
