Terms and Conditions

Candidates referred must not be in conversation with Mission Critical Recruitment at the time of referral.

The Candidate referred by the Referrer must be successfully placed into permanent employment by Mission Critical Recruitment within 12 months of the referral being made.

The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Mission Critical Recruitment is not liable to provide any reward.

The Referrer warrants that they have sought and gained the expressed consent of the candidate to be referred before sharing their details.

Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.

Employees of Mission Critical Recruitment and their immediate relatives are ineligible to apply.

The decision of Mission Critical Recruitment regarding provision of any reward is final.

Voucher value will be dependent on candidate seniority but will be between $300-$500.

Vouchers are issued to the Referrer’s email when conditions are met. Referrals must be made through the link /QR.

Verbal referrals or referrals made outside of the platform will not be accepted into the program.

The client invoice must be paid in full
